Cheap Easy Fast Driving School

A lot of the required timed sections are full of grammatical errors, typos, or missing words. The quizzes at the end of each section are very glitchy. I noticed if I selected an answer and clicked anywhere else on the screen sometimes my answers would switch to a different radio button (this happened at least twice). So, I completed the five sections at my own pace over the course of maybe two weeks. I carved out time and I sat for over an hour and completed the quiz. When I clicked the button to submit my quiz, I received a red message indicating that I skipped an answer. First, I noticed the now blank question is one I am certain I answered while testing. I go to click on an answer and it would not let me make a selection. Everything looks gray. The only option I have is to submit my test. I click submit and Im now at the login screen. I log in and now I see a test results screen. It said I scored 0% and need to wait 24 hours to retest. Needless to say Im annoyed. I call customer service. First call, the girl answered took my info and asked me to briefly hold, only for me to hear the phone ringing (as if I were transferred). I let it ring several times before I hung up and called back. Ill just say the girls answering the phones for this company are very impatient, rude, dismissive, and condescending. They did not want to help. Their answer was they would get the issue over to tech support and it should be resolved in 24 hours. Clearly this was just something to say to get me off of the phone because the test resets in 24 hours. I was requesting for them to unlock it in real time since their site was the cause of my issue. I would not recommend this company. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

Highly recommend this place. Very easy and pleasant experience overall.
