        I just interacted with a woman behind the desk long wavy hair. Forgot to ask her name. I asked her co-worker if she was the manager, for her kindness and attention to detail was exceptional! I have had excellent care here, I trust Dr Berg with my health care. She is very kind and present, never seems rushed or dismissive. I do get the feeling that they might be understaffed as it can be very difficult to schedule appointments and sometimes there is disorganization. It is always best to be a self advocate, slow them down to understand what tests are being ordered and why, have a hard copy of test slips, etc.

        I am wondering what this place has to say about the reputation of their very own Dr.Philp E. Young. Ladies should always have a chaperone when consulting with a male OB/GYN.That's all I am saying.
