I have been trying to get supplies for my insulin pump for over a month now and after several hour+ phone calls that have lead to assurance that my supply order will be expedited, I still have no confirmation of shipping and more importantly, I still have no supplies. Every phone call leads to more internal clerical "issues" found in my account that prohibit my order from going through. yet I have not received a single phone call from them letting me know that my order has been delayed or cannot be processed with the information they have on file. If I could return it today I would, I now own a very expensive piece of equipment that I cannot use.

They sell great products with regards to diabetes management but their customer service is absolutely horrendous. When I first got my pump, they were overly helpful and everything shipped fast and was accurate. Ive had non-stop issues with reordering supplies, getting down to the new shipment just barely making it in time. They WILL NOT reach out to you if theres any issues with your order. If you are able to get someone on the phone, theyll tell you why it hasnt shipped then do nothing. Ive tried ordering online, it wouldnt put my apartment number into the address to be shipped, called and was on hold forever and they told me they fixed it, charged my card then never actually shipped my order because my insurance didnt match the state I was in.. whatever that means. Then after being on hold forever again, they told me it was a quick fix and theyd overnight the order to me. 20 min later I received an email stating that my order would ship in 5-10 business days. So I wont have my supplies going on a business trip and hopefully they are still at my apartment when I get back.. if you have other options, all the headaches with the customer service well out weight the good. Dont be fooled by their upfront friendliness and kindness, they just want your money

technology is good but the pump quality itself is poor. the clips the pumps come with do not have the strength to grip anything and repeatedly fall off clothing. the plastic piece that covers the charge port broke within a month of use. I understand the push for the earth is green but have a charge only pump is off putting. where i live we often lose power for days during fall and winter resulting in the pump dying until able to recharge. there should be a battery backup option for emergencies.

These people are unprofessional and horrible in how they treat their workers. They will hire you and after you spend less then 2 months fixing their botched systems they will "eliminate your position" and NOT give you the decency of two weeks to look for new employment and just fire you right there and then. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
