Very poor communication. After paying my bill in full at the office, the insurance company received a duplicate claim and they were unable to process the full payment. After notifying the office of my issue on multiple occasions, the billing team did not make any effort to contact the insurance company nor notify me prior to sending my bill to a debt collector, which has tanked my credit. This type of patient care is unacceptable. Do not recommend their services.

Dr Taba is the best. Gentle and reassuring cause I'm scared of the dentist. Jahtoo was really accommodating and nice as well. Would recommend Dr Taba.

This is the worst dentist place Ive ever been too. They are slow and they canceled the day before my appointment twice. The first time they couldnt get me in for 6 weeks and I didnt reschedule after the second time. I got a retainer from them and they scheduled a pick up appointment two weeks later. I will went to the appointment sat 15 minutes through my appointment for them to tell me they didnt have the retainer and it would be another 10 days and that they need to reschedule. They did little to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience. They are slow and if you go expect to be forgotten about while youre there. They absolutely suck.
