I've been using Dr Olaes for probably 20 years. She is very gentle, but thourough and detailed too. She is very considerate and not pushy. Highly recommended.

Everyone was really nice no doubt. But I stopped going to this office when I had a deep cleaning job done. So the cleaning was done in 4 sections: the upper left side, upper right side, lower left side and the lower right side. On our first session, I was fully aware of what was going on, Dentist Irene only cleaned one section of my teeth which was the upper right side. It was $160 I believe per section. I had to come back another day for the next section. I paid before I left. And then I was surprised that I got a call from the receptionist that I still owe another $160 because there were 2 sections done that day. And I got really mad because I was fully aware, awake when Dentist Irene was only doing 1 section. So the receptionist was trying to make me pay extra for the service I did not receive. I talked to Dentist Irene and her excuse was she has so many patients that she does not even know if she did one or two sections. So lesson leArned: Make sure you are fully aware when your getting a dental work, otherwise some people can try to take advantage  you.
