Been experiencing issues with TMJ for a good amount of time (5-ish months), and was referred by my dentist to Dr. Carpenter. He was a very well-spoken and knowledgable professional and was really kind and listened to my issues well. He put me on a treatment plan with some dental appliances, and it looks like so far it has really reduced my TMJ pain. Glad to have spoken with Dr. Carpenter

I have had 2-3 years of care by Dr Carpenter for a rather complex TMJ problem I have had most of my life. Thanks to his superb care I am pain free. He is patient, thorough and gentle; he explains everything well and is always professional and pleasant. His assistant Cheryl is also gracious and very helpful.

So disappointed. I have been dealing with severe TMJ problems since February, barely being able to open my mouth, eat, etc. I have pain and am very restricted in movement. After a few doctor visitors and acupuncture that did not help, I came to Dr. Carpenter in May after a referral from my dentist. I had a 1-hour consultation to identify a diagnosis and treatment plan ($230). They offered a $6,000 treatment plan with orthodontics (day- and night guards) and we scheduled my next appointment to set it up. Unfortunately, in between these appointments I got sick and was diagnosed with COVID-19. I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I called the office 3 times, left voicemails and emailed 2 times. I never heard back from them Its now December. I have visited several other doctors, have had a surgery and have been doing physical therapy. Nothing has helped. This could have been my solution. It truly disappoints me. It does not seem like they care about their patients. I have no idea what is next for me
