I was referred to Dr. Thomas in an emergency situation; while swimming with my young son, another kid literally kicked my front tooth out. Like OUT. I used crazy glue to temporarily remedy the situation, but needed a solution ASAP. From the first contact with his office, my impression was that his staff were friendly and professional. The office itself provides validated parking, and it is clean and comfortable. When we met, he was kind, straightforward, and clearly knowledgeable. My dental situation is a work in progress, and I was a bit embarrassed to share this with his staff, who all have perfect paper-white smiles. They were 100% accommodating, and I immediately felt at ease. The quality of work he did on a partial he created for me was impressive. Myself an art school grad, I've worked with similar materials, and his craftsmanship and manner were those of someone who takes the art of creating seriously. I mentioned it to him, and he was humble in his response. I recently needed yet another emergency addressed, and he saw me same day, on a SATURDAY. Unheard of. He fixed the issue, and again demonstrated more of an interest in solving my problem than with making a buck; and again his handiwork was artful. I've had relationships with dentists in PA, NY, LA, NH/VT, NV, and now CA.... and he's hands-down the best of them. I give him my highest recommendation.
