I had a crown and a cavity filled at this location and was not only happy with their work, but their kindness. Both the front staff and dental assistants were cordial and welcoming and the two dentists I saw were also exceptional and professional. The office was clean and orderly in this time of covid and on par with the necessities of keeping everything and everyone sterile too. Again, I really, really enjoyed receiving treatment from the staff here as they are great people. I hope you enjoy them too.

I feel weird giving these people five stars when I have never stepped foot in their office. I have no idea what kind of work they do , but I can tell you what kind of work they don’t do and they saved me a lot of time and money telling me the truth about a procedure I was looking into even though I was not there patient and I did not even make an appointment. I can’t tell everybody how grateful I am for this conversation so I felt I needed to write this review.With everything I’ve been through trying to find a good dentist that takes my insurance in the last couple of years I am so relieved to find 2 and I mean 2 in most of San Diego That actually are honest and do things the right way. Unfortunately this office is very far from me and I don’t drive but if I ever do ,this will be the first place I go and I will be sending everybody towards the south neck of my woods down that way!! 😊

It was very hard to find a good dentist that also accept the type of insurance I have. Its been a while since I have visited a dentist because I cant afford to go to one and alot of places does not take my dental insurance. I found special smiles by researching and looking at reviews. At first it was kinda hard to find the clinic because It was a little hidden. everyone at the clinic was very nice and helpful! Dr. Mallempalli was an amazing dentist! she understand your fear of dentist and really help you overcome this fear! she is very good on what she does! I would recommend all my family members and friends to go to her clinic! thankyou so much for helping me!
PS. I dont post review very often but when I do, Its because the establishment have exceeded my expectations! or failed tremendously but on this review. Special Smiles have exceeded my expectations!
