Had a really bad experience taking our daughter to this dentist. Our 9 year old daughter needed a dental procedure and we told our usual dentist that we wanted general anesthesia for her. The oral surgeon who was scheduled to do the procedure did not do general on children so we were referred to Dr. Nasseri. Despite being referred to him for the general anesthesia we were told that they wouldn't do that for the procedure in question, just nitrous oxide, which we reluctantly agreed to. We said that in that case I was to be in the room with her during the procedure and they agreed do that when we scheduled the appointment. As he was about to begin I was told that I would not be allowed to stay in the room, I would have to wait in the lobby, despite my objections. After the procedure was finished I found out from my daughter that the nitrous oxide did nothing to relax her, she was fully alert and afraid during the whole thing. Whatever local anesthetic they gave her wasn't working well, she told the dentist that she was in pain and his response was to tell her to just keep breathing the nitrous through her nose. What could have been a straightforward procedure turned into a traumatic event for our daughter. Zero bedside manner, zero professionalism, a just plain zero. We also called right after to talk to him and he didnt even have the decency to call back. Why am I not surprised.
