STAY CLEAR. Horrible communication, no respect for patients. Dentist is Horrible. She changes appointment and then blames Her Dentist referral she gave as my fault they didnt give a her the report in time. This is a business and as customers, patients, clients, anyone receiving services is held to certain standards of communicating. try to be considerate of the time people set aside for appointments. Communication is key.

I work in the dental field myself and I will say that I was pleased with my first visit at this office today. Everyone was super nice and my exam went well. I went to my childhood dentist up until I hit 25, after that I hadn't seen a dentist regularly in over 5 years!! Ever since I moved here to San Diego in 2018, I put off my search until recently and glad I'm I found Smileinsight. I've scheduled my future appointment and hope to stay as long as I can!

Horrible communication. This is a business and as customers, patients, clients, anyone receiving services is held to certain standards of communicating what their needs are, if there is a need to reschedule an appointment, ect, the company should communicate if they are running behind. Things happen. Its completely understandable but give us the courtesy of letting us determine if we have the time to wait 50 minutes to an hour after our appointment to be seen. Some of us have other things to do as Im sure the employees do as well. Please try to be considerate of the time people set aside for appointments. Communication is key. Communicate that you are overbooked, running behind, or whatever the case may be.

Avoid this dentist. I used them for 2 years and I have seen the quality decrease. They have poor customer service now where they avoid customer calls became they are lazy. They charge heavy fees for doing quick not quality work. Since they failed to answer phones I emailed asking for information. When they failed to respond, I then followed up and told them to cancel my future appointments. Then instead of apologizing they are hey write me me saying I was rude when I was just being honest. There is a reason there are new people there. No one would want to work for such a bad dentist. Dont waste your time. Worst dentist I have ever experienced.

I have went to this dentist for over two years. The quality had been so so. When my insurance changed, I was told they use the insurance. When I called to verify they said they would call me back and never did. When I called back they avoided my calls. I then called on my work number and they picked up. When I asked for an answer to my question she put me on hold for 15 minutes only to tell me  would be charged fees I didn't agree with. When my daughter came in, they were quick and rude. The quality was poor and I feel ripped off. AVOID this dentist. Don't let them cheat you like they did to me. They don't care about customers. Worst dentist I have ever experienced.
