Dr. Lackner has provided excellent and highly professional care for me, going back to my first appointment many years ago when she took over the practice from the retired Dr. Applebaum. And she has a great dental chair manner.

I love Dr. Lackner and her staff! Everyone in the office is super friendly and goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed during visits. Dr. Lackner is never quick to recommend treatment like other dentists I've visited but really makes sure you need a procedure before recommending it. She also takes the time to explain any issues to you. I've been seeing Dr. Lackner for years and have recommended her to friends and family. I recommend her to you as well!

I've been a regular at this practice for the past five years after a change in dental insurance and, being generally satisfied with the standard of care, am finally getting around to writing my review.Dr. Lackner is what I would describe as "no-nonsense", offering a frank but accurate assessment of your oral hygiene and available mitigating measures. I appreciate hearing all of the options even as I politely declined some of the more involved ones (jaw alignment surgery in my case). Nevertheless, I've never felt that I was being upsold on unnecessary cosmetic procedures unlike certain other practices I've patronized over the years.Dr. Lackner herself is quite friendly and personable, always with a new story to tell. Perhaps most importantly, she projects a general air of competence which is reassuring trait for a dentist!The only negatives to mention is that sometimes the office feels chaotic with assistants, patients and deliveries coming and going but that's par for the course for these smaller practices. Gives it sort of a small-town feel.

Dr. Katherine is very knowledgeable and very kind. At most care was taken while the procedure was being conducted. The staff is technically very sound. I would highly recommend Dr. Katherine for any of your dental issues.

I had a very bad experience with Dr Lackner. In my opinion she acted unethically by charging my credit card without my authorization and trying to charge me for services that should have been covered by insurance, and she initially only charged my a co-pay, however I believe she failed to renew her contract with the insurance company and then wanted me to pay for it later. Then she turned it over to a collections agency. It wasn't that much money but I wasn't going to pay for something that I did not believe I owed. I went there for years, so this was very disappointing.
