Uncomfortable experience overall. Came for just cleaning. Arrived just 5mins late, called ahead of time for the delay. Resulted in 2 hrs to clean my teeth, blamed on me arriving late. Clumsy assistant to dentist, flossed too hard and caused pain, broke the floss string 3 times. I could have just flossed myself. Was forced to get X-rays even though I just got 2 months ago. Didn't get copy of my cavity treatment plan even though I requested several times, I was told they can't email only discuss over phone. Update: September 26, 2022: I called to schedule a revisit for cleaning. I was told next appointment is on Wednesday September 28 at 10am. I asked them to hold my appointment as it works really well for me. I was then put on hold for 20mins and told that they are reviewing my file. When the operator picked up the phone, she told me that spot is gone, given to someone else and said I was speaking to someone else so she knew something at all what I spoke earlier. I was on phone whole time, requested a available slot and they on purpose gave it to someone else. Disgusting and pathetic practice to say the least. Stay away everyone. I have never seen a dentist worse than this.

This is in response to Ashley Lotero's review (see picture included) which she edited after my initial reply. I am replying to the post this way so my original comments are not lost. I didnt realize that you edited your comment here in this post. I just now had a chance to reply. You have been calling and texting both my team and the other doctors team and pressuring them on what to say to me so they too can say against me. They all said that they are not on the same page with you. I take the safety of my team, the office and my patients VERY SERIOUSLY and would never do anything to jeopardize anyones health. I dont need to prove anything to you. Your post here speaks VOLUMES of who you are and what kind of person you are. I have nothing else to say. I dont need to stoop down on your level. I need you to please stop harassing me my team and other doctors team. The other doctors team member and the doctor have tried to talk to you into removing their names in this post. Please stop threatening, emailing and texting me. If you wont stop, I will have no choice but to sue you for harassment. Please move on with your life as I have already. Have a great day!

Dr. C, Jackie, Alex and Stephanie are so helpful and friendly! They make each visit the best with their smiles. All of them show they are happy to be at work. They help explain procedures, x-rays, and any questions I have. My oral care is in the best hands because of each person in this office. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for professionalism, cleanliness, and years of experience.

Good Morning, Hope you had a great weekend, as I did! Thank you for allowing me to go further into detail regarding the discrepancy's in your post. Lets start with, I'm not mad at you for the termination. I'm simply disappointed to see the abuse in authority in these critical times. Do you tell your patients directly that the cups you are giving them with their antibacterial rinse in are reused disposable cups, and are not being sterilized properly? Unacknowledged staff will do as you say because they trust you. I know better. Or that you choose to cut corners by out right telling me that part of my job is to reuse already heat indicated bags several times. Or having the wrong sizes bags to ensure proper sterilization. This world shows us everyday there is a price to pay for telling the truth! And when it comes to patient care, losing a job means nothing to me! Addressing all your statements but starting with me yelling at you, that is simply not true. I asked for a reason of termination, then you stated I'm not a good fit for the office...when I followed asking "is this because of the Franny situation". You said nothing and paused I proceeded with what was my final opinion, I asked for you to show integrity with the drama you created in the office when instructing the whole staff to not speak to Franny. (Dr Muehl assistant of 9 years).You do not have that right. And from what I was told by her directly, you have been making her uncomfortable for quite some time now. In this situation you made everyone myself included very uncomfortable. The meeting Wen. morning you did not own this fact, when your staff answered your question directly, nor on the phone call of my termination Thur. morning. Your direct words to me about her, was she lacks professionalism and has been the cause of you not being able to keep long term staff. You stated because of the games she plays and how she comes across as a bully to your prev. staff this is why you instructed me not to speak to her. Never ever has anyone complained about my ability to befriend strangers and or create a team friendly environment. I'm was there to do a job and be kind to people. No matter what the situations are between you both prior to my hire. I know for a fact Quinn didn't have a problem with me nor did Erica. But yet even with those two ladies you tried making issues there, that were unnecessary. You see Franny last Tues. from what she voiced willingly on break Wen. was that she had to come to you directly on Tues. because enough was enough. You have been doing this sort of things to her for a while. I never ask nor did I ever tell her anything about your comments to me. Its not in my character to gossip. So, her stating this is part of your MO has to be true. ( Telling staff to not speak to her) Addressing your statement of this being a rant vs. a simple review of my professional experience having worked closely with you for the last 3 weeks and seeing your ways very clear. All I can say is I'm sorry you feel this way! Its my right to inform you of anything that makes me uncomfortable or thing your in violation of. This is my right, its actually an obligation as here in San Diego, CA we "just dental assistants" hold licences to do so. Want to prove I'm a liar?! Here's your opportunity Please show the date you you sent out the ultrasonic. It was brought to your attention on the 29th of June. (Do you have it? Have you sent it out yet?) This would prove a whole lot. Any date after 29th of June shows your in violation of infection protocol and just saying if you do have the copy as proof any date after my termination would show more proof of the problems that were occurring on your side of the office, and also why you got rid of me because in other words I was hounding you about it. After I saw you didn't value the big red lines that should never be crossed in patients health, especially in these times with Covid-19,
