        I own a small local business and Scripps Ranch NICU has been by bank since 2008 - Low turn over, team recognizes me, always helpful. This is true local bank - highly recommend them!! I use them professionally and personally and wouldn't switch.

        My moms been with these people for 50 years then all of a sudden she has a problem with her account and cant get to the branch so she decides to call them. She was on the phone for literally like 20 minutes. So I decided to go onto the branch. No one is in there except for the tellers and theyre all looking at their computers. If they had a score of -5 thats what I would give them. and still hasnt resolved the issue at hand.
