These guys are the best. I'd never use anyone else. They are able to cover anything, anywhere I need it. Give them a call for anything you may need. We called Imagine to try to get a court reporter for the afternoon, it was definitely last minute, however two different individuals with Imagine assured us someone was available and they would send us confirmation. In reliance of their assurance we told the other court reporting agencies we had contacted we had found someone and thanked them for getting back to us. Subsequently and only 2 hours prior to the deposition in a phone call with Imagine we were then told there was NOT anyone available for the afternoon deposition. At this point we have to cancel the deposition and pay the costs associated with late cancellation. Not a good way to do business fortunately there are lots of other shops in San Diego. Update - Fortunately we were able to find someone to cover the deposition through another company and avoided the cancellation fees. After which Imagine contacted us and said they had someone who could cover the deposition. So after nearly giving my staff a heart attack they did attempt to make good on their prior assurance. I'm adding a star for their attempt to make it right even though their owner's response to my review was inappropriate.

My firm has used Imagine for many years. They have assisted us with reporting services, copying services and trial services. They always handle it professionally and appropriately. I have had times wherein I needed a court reporter to come to court NOW, and I know, just call Imagine, and they will get it done. Thanks for all your great work.

I just have to say that we love working with you guys. Every contact I've dealt with at Imagine Reporting were very conscientious and their court reporters have always been professional and polite. Without exception they have delivered superb service. They are simply first-rate, and I highly recommend them.
