This would be a 0 star rating but I had to select something for the "Post" button to be utilized. 1. My 10 year old daughter was taken to the room and I was later asked if she could be seen without me present. (I don't mind but I should have been asked prior to them making an assumption) 2. I was asked multiple time if I was done filling out the paperwork for both of us only a few minutes after receiving the paperwork. (I was obviously being rushed because at the same time the dentist was on the phone planning a sleepover at his house and what dentist would ever see a patient prior to the signed consent) 3. When I completed the paperwork I waited several minutes to be seen. (I could not understand why I was waiting over 8 minutes after having been rushed) 4. When the dentist finished with my daughter he stated he does not work with children in a frustrated tone. (I wondered why she was then scheduled with him) 5. When they started to clean my teeth the woman attending to me asked my daughter to sit in the hall and wait for me, literally sit on the hall floor. When I asked her if she could use one of the chairs in the room (two in total, one for the dentist) she simply replied "no". Then after realized I was upset to stated she could not use the chairs in the room as they had wheels and she may fall. Thankfully another woman working there must have overheard the conversation because she brought over a chair for my daughter to sit in, one without wheels. (I have been to a dental office several times and have always been allowed to have my daughter in the room with me. Secondly, though a child she is a person who should be treated with respect. Lastly, you should never simply tell a customer "no". Always explain why and offer a possible solution) 6. When I called to cancel all future appointments I was never asked why and in fact, I was asked if I was ever returning. (I called in a great mood and never made mention of my opinion, they must obviously go through this often) 7. The place was empty when I arrived, I had a flashback to the 80's, and it did not look clean. The truth is I can go on but I think I have made my point.

I was here Sept/Oct 2016 and they voided the only invoice I received and now say I owe money for my insurance deductible because I tried to make another appointment in January and I keep asking for an invoice but they won't send one. The dentist was nice, I guess. He kept saying that I need all this extra work and should go ask daddy and my boyfriend if I should do it.. Queue Destiny's Child - Independent Women. There's obviously a culture difference but I won't be coming back here. I'm one phone call away from calling the BBB.

This office is managed very poorly. Twice in the last 2 weeks I was scheduled with a 9a.m. appointment and when I arrived for the appointment the office was closed. A staff member showed up but even she didn't have a key to the establishment. Another time my husband was in the chair at 9:20 a.m. but informed that the dentist wouldn't arrive for another 30 minutes. The office changes staff regularly and now the office is open only 3 days a week.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this dental office. I recently found out that I have been being overcharged for the last few years. We are talking about at least $1,000 over charged. I am filing a complaint thru my dental insurance. May end up having to sue.
