They sent me a letter stating I was being sued....wrong person same name. The letter included a case number and other private information. UNPROFESSIONAL way to run a business. What a bunch of creeps. Before you send out mass letters to anyone with the same name in the same county make sure you have the correct address and person.

Just got one of those scar tactic letter today for my wife. They want to defend you against a so-called collection , on you or someone with a simular name. Buck-shot marketing approach. Wow, how low can they go. Even the rats on streets are shaking their heads.

Wow! These are scammers...
I just received a letter from Swigart Law Group with my name on it stating that I received it because I have been named as "a party to a debt collection". Thankfully, I am smart and realized that I do not have any debt. At the very bottom in small print, it states that this is an advertisement. Is this the way that you want your law firm to conduct business? It is NOT what I would want. Good luck to anyone using this firm. PS, I never write reviews but this one deserved it.
