Waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery on an order I placed and paid for in full. I’ve tried numerous times to contact Sector 9 via email, phone, and directly through their website. In emails I’ve requested they call me back and yet all they have ever done is reply to my email with the same scripted message every time. When you call their phone number, it automatically goes straight to an answering machine for a company named “Highline Industries”, to which they never call back either. I would not order from Sector 9 as it seems to be nonexistent. If I do not get a response by the end of this week I will be reporting this to the BBB and will have my credit company dispute this as they felt good on taking my hard earned money. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Buyers beware!
