Deceitful company. Do not purchase a home from them, especially "rent to own". Work on your credit and obtain a loan traditionally. I was desperate, needed to move to the city to obtain a better education for my special needs daughter. Little did I know they hired cheap labor to produce shotty repairs. Apparently this is the "go-to for Californians (?). In Kansas,  we get the job done correctly.  We hire licensed contractors, not cheap labor. They produced a sloppy paint job, and exterior back door. The paint job started bubbling within 3 months and the back door was extremely unlevel. I have pictures. Yes, I realize I was buying the home "as is". However, they purchased the home for $87,000 in January, I purchased the home for $125,000. That is quite a jump. They didn't do any extensive work to the home, besides cosmetic repairs, which were extremely subpar. Their investors and this company raked in $38,000! Kudos for them, but the purchaser was shafted. Extremely sad. Horrible flippers and swindlers come to mind. They're not Better Business Bureau accredited. I should have done my research. Apparently, they prey on the desperate.
