This company has been contracted by the City of San Diego to remove and replace the aging sewer system in or neighborhood of Paradise Hills. They had to start and stop multiple times due to fact they must first dig up the buried pipes and inspect them. Only then can they request the city order the replacement parts and pipes. Its a slow, inefficient way to proceed with infrastructure projects but it is the way governmental contract work is permitted. Contracts for everything from parts to which company will do the work is based on the lowest bidder for each project. Unfortunately this type of awarding jobs results in the cheapest cost but not the best quality of work. Its hard to gauge this specific company since they only were on our street for 2 or 3 days a week over almost a month but the days and hours they were here they were quick and efficient. They also went to every home used a camera to inspect the house to street connection and cleaned it out of needed.
