Glenn helped me wit my old desk top over a year ago and needed to have a new one. He gave his recommendations re: new desktop computer. I finally took his recommendations, bought the computer and accessories which he picked up to work from his residence due to COVID 19 pandemic. He Returned it the same day to connect to printer and help w/ passwords. Glenn is very knowledgeable, very patient and professional. I had two problems, one regarding my new digital TV and one with mail on my PC. Glenn seemed like he might be of help, so I contacted him. His response was quick and reasonable, so I told him to come over. He was a delight to work and solved both my problems.
