We (Frontgrade Aethercomm) have used City Wide Services for many years, they have always been extremely supportive and responsive to our needs. Our new Account Manager (T'pring McMillion) has taken all the cleaning concerns off my plate, she and City Wide are well ahead of the curve when it comes to handling our large Engineering facility in Carlsbad. I would recommend them to any Facilities Manager who seeks to be free of quality complaints from your staff. We are very happy with the services they have provided, looking forward to trying some of the floor care options they offer.

We were very pleased with the service we received from City Wide Facility Solutions. Tracy, Tomas, and the team did a good job at thoroughly cleaning our laboratory floors. Our labs must be within ESD (electro-static discharg) Control compliance. With our request, we ask them to use a special cleaner that we had at our facility. Tracy made sure to communicate to the team on our request and get the job done to pass within our standards. Communication via email was clear and quick responses were received.
