    This is my favorite store. Not only by clothing but also by the customer services...The manager Ricky is someone I would describe as sharp, profession, helpful, fun, and hospitality. He is not just try to sell the merchandise, but try to find the perfect outfit that suits better for YOU. I am very happy about my shopping g experience with this Guess store in UTC mall. Ricky should be promoted. He is the best of what he is doing. Thumbs up!!!!

    Reference #306574This store's manager should be fired... and quickly. I have been dealing with an issue over a pair of sunglasses for almost a year. My GF bought a pair from Guess (no not the outlet the actual store) in Nov of 2015, and they screws promptly fell out of them. She had already gone back to Australia so contacted Guess store who said they cant return it since she bought it in US but told her to email customer service. So this is in December, and she did explaining she had her credit card receipt but no store receipt. They informed her to go get them fixed at an approved service place. She went and had them "fixed" only for them to break again, so she contacted them again, and the same thing happened. The issue is that they a bad design and break which Guess wont address and wont let her return since even though they are the same brand and name and merchandise, Australia and US Guess dont allow exchanges from one another? So she had to run around town again to "fix" them and surprise surprise, they broke, so they said that only US guess could help. So she sent them back to me to go return. Well, I have been a guess customer for year and spent endless dollars there and figured, Guess is a reputable company that will make this right... I was wrong. I went into this Guess and explained my situation and the manager had the audacity to question if I was lying. He mentioned he knew all the merchandise and those look "outlet or Nordstrom rack". Now there is nothing wrong with those stores, but I only shop at Fashion Valley and UTC Guess STORE and I sent my GF there as well. He seemed to be trying to call me a liar and insult me by asking if I was sure I didnt buy them somewhere else. I explained I had been buying guess for years and was a good customer and THIS is how he treated me. He was snarky, rude, and insinuating I was lying. Guess, I am so disappointed in the treatment I have received. So he basically said he was unable to ANYTHING (which I know is a lie bc other managers have helped in similar situations since they know me and know how frequently I shopped and wanted to make it right). He gave me a number which I called, who told me to email an email, which I forwarded all my GFs correspondence from the AUS Guess from Dec 15th, 2015 to PROVE my story, then that guess said "this isnt our issue" this is a warranty issue and your past your return window (obviously, but initially I wasn't when we first complained but Guess wouldn't make it right then, they wanted us to run around town to "fix" them). So, to sum it up Guess is being a horrible company who wont stand by their quality and product and they hire people with absolutely NO people skills who have been loyal customers and only asking to get store credit and give back the faulty merchandise.

    Prepare to get hawk eyed like you're a thief! Lol... I don't know if it is standard protocol to take a customers selections from them and hold it away at the counter until they want to try it on?? Very offensive in my opinion!! You don't know how much a customer is going to spend in your store....don't look down on them or treat them like they are going to run out with your merchandise... You will lose a lot of customers this way!! I finally got tired of the vibe the staff was projecting and told the wife I was going to be waiting outside... Lol. Usually I pay for my wife's purchases but I don't think I can support an Establishment like this!! Would have gave less than 1 star if available... 6/14/2015

    I received terrible customer service on my return. The cashier that was helping did not know what she was doing and typed my email in wrong and put my return through incorrectly. So I never received my refund of over $100. I suggest not going there for returns, terrible service.

    Probably the best customer service experience I've had in 2014. Not only I ended up getting everything I wanted but the service left me in a good mood for the rest of the night. I don't celebrate Thanksgiving (I do Xmas and everything else, don't worry) so perfect time for shopping. Came in on Black Thursday, great deals. First guy introduced himself and ask for my name. helped me out, picked a couple of jeans. And as I 'advanced' through the store they offer me to open my own ... 'my own' dressing room. I'm like ok, took the jeans and another person asked me what other items. Found some AWESOME long sleeves shirts. So tired of the same standard t-shirts. For males it can be really challenging to find stylish stuff. Then as I approach my dressing room the girl says Hi Fernando! Follow me this way :).DAAAAAAAAMN!!! Now that's customer service... and on a busy day. As I started trying things out they helped me put things back and try new ones. Another rep helped with some really nice belts as well. I ended up getting tons of stuff plus a free $38.00 bag which I will use for a Xmas gift :) In total 3 or 4 different reps helped me and 2 or 3 knew my first name. Go to UTC and go to Guess for an amazing experience.
