I love this store! Whenever I come in, whoever is working is super friendly and beyond helpful. Melissa in particular is amazing! Always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Awesome store

I gave two stars to Melissa who helped me make exchange orders and I would give negative stars for the other sales. I shopped with them on Black Friday very early morning and when I arrived there were no other customers. I took some sweaters to the fitting room and the sales even asked me to put the clothes back to the hanger after I tried. Should it be your responsibility to clean them up? OK I can help you with that but don't take that for granted. It turned out the sizes don't work out then I need to go back to exchange sizes. Melissa helped me on that and I appreciated her help. The thing is why the sales who helped me first didn't help me with the exchange at all and he seemed not busy at all? If you were taking the commission from my purchase how did it come you don't want to deal with my problems later? It's OK since I was helped anyways. Then I went back to the store for the third time yesterday evening for return. Another sales helped me and he made me feel really uncomfortable. He told me that I'm wasting their human resources and shipping costs since I exchange and return back and forth. And there is no way to return my other items on the order after this one. Excuse me? First of all it's not my fault that there are no appropriate sizes in your store. Second, I am also spending time and gas to get to the store and I don't want to bother you either if I could. Third I told him that even if I ordered online it's the same thing for the shipping thing. It's the company which pays the costs not him. He said he is part of the company. OK I understand but does your company know that you are representing your company to turn down my return only because you feel bored? Forth it's not you who helped me with the order so don't take the credit. I appreciate that you helped me with the return and it's your job duty. Don't make me feel like I'm making a mistake. My only mistake is that I shouldn't go to the store at all if I can shop online.
