They ruined my mother's hand made quilt, instead of dry cleaning it the washed with other blue material that bled onto the quilt. And the quilt has shrunk in size.

The cleaner took a red and white hand made quilt my mother made and instead of dry cleaning it, they placed in the wash with something blue which bleed into the white areas, also in many places the hand sitching came loose. When asked why they did this instead of dry cleaning the king size quilt, the owner just chuckled. He had just ruined a priceless quilt my mother spent years sewing together, and all he could do was chuckle about it.

The nicest and cutest family owns this place. You can just tell how much they care about people in general, let alone their customers. They try to be as communicative and genuine with their clientele, even given the language barrier.

This is probably the most friendly and professional people that own the business. Its always great to see a family business working so united with one another. Maryam the owner is super nice and has amazing talent in sewing.

Their hours state they open at 9 am, how convenient that the owner shows up around 9:30 am despite two signs on the door and in the window. Also, prices fluctuate and get more expensive the longer you are a customer which is just awful. But the most important thing to know is even though they have raised their prices several times, my clothes keep coming out wrong. This is my very last attempt to use this place for alterations.
