I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for the past 10 years. I have been treated by several different Chiropractors over the years. I finally feel like I found the right Chiropractor in Dr. Allen Chan. He takes the time to listen to you and talk to you about your lifestyle. He gives you "homework" so you can help yourself heal. 2 years ago, I started to have a stiff neck and it went from bad to worst. It went down to the left shoulder and arm. Anything that touched my arm caused extreme pain. My neck xray shows cervical degeneration. My primary doctor sent me to a physical theraphy place where they just lightly turned my neck to left and right and had me pulled a rope and eventually recommended me seeing a massager! I went to see a chiropractor for 2 months, 3 times a week so that 24 times but did not see any improvement. My husband referred me to doctor Allen Chan. His co-worker referred him to Dr. Chan a few years ago when he had a lower back problem. So far Dr. Chan is the best chiropractor to both of us. I have seen him for only 9 times and I can move my arm now. It's 85% improved. When driving, I can turn my head when changing lane. I follwed all Dr. Chan's advices from applying moist heating pack to doing exercises to break the muscle tightness. His cash price per visit seems higher than other places but in term of treament duration and effectiveness, his is the lowest. I trust Dr. Chan for fixing my neck.
