I had lots of A.R.T. treatments with dr Sean, and once with dr. Mike. Both of them are  really nice, thoughtful, gentle and above all super helpful. Glad they are around. Highly recommend!

I spent about 2 years going to a Chiropractor in PB and not understanding that I wasn't being truly treated for my issues until I switched places and started seeing Dr. Higgins.  We chose Core Health because of its location and we got incredibly lucky because the quality of care is amazing. I have persistent one sided neck/shoulder pain and sciatica due to pregnancy.  After one visit that included adjustments and active movement treatment I walked out feeling relieved of my pain. I could not believe it.  After 3 visits I am absolutely blown away.  My sciatica is no longer an issue and my body has been relieved of so much pain.  My husband is in a similar situation due to hunching over a computer all day and sleeping in funky positions.  I highly recommend Dr. Higgins for quality Chiropractic care if you have any issues big or small.  The difference between good and bad Chiro is mind blowing once you the opportunity to compare experiences.

This isn't one of those "I was in terrible pain and the doc transformed me" reviews. This is one of those "I was a little bit stiff and the doc transformed me" reviews. I didn't even realize how tight I was, how off-balance. Discovered knots I didn't know I had!  I immediately made several more appointments. Driving home, I wasn't afraid to turn my head quickly (to check for traffic in the next lane). I hadn't realized how much I had been limiting my range of motion for fear of snapping something. But everything feels more fluid. I highly recommend.

Best of the best- Dr Higgins and Dr Mike are AMAZING!  Not only did they help me with excruciating pain in my back and shoulder, but were able to help my daughter avoid surgery!  We had numerous doctors recommend removing her adenoids and putting tubes in her ears; I mentioned it to Dr Higgins in conversation, and he told me he could correct it.  While I had never heard of fixing the issue with chiropractic, I knew I could trust him so I brought her in.  Within a few minutes, she started gagging on the fluids that had been clogging her sinuses.  No surgery needed!  I have referred a number of family and friends and they all give rave reviews; there's nothing they can't fix.

Simply amazing.  I was in excruciating pain and they got me right in...  I have never had this type of customer service at a doctor's office.  I also. have never been to a chiropractor and am here to say that I can literally walk again.  Number 1 in San Diego for a reason.  I guess that's why he was the team chiropractor for the Chargers for so many years.
