I was recommended to go to San Diego Chiropractic Neurologist from a friend of mine who swear by it. I’d already tried so many methods and everything seem to not be working for my post concussion syndrome. Dr. Kam is beyond intelligent in what he does, and nerds out in his profession which is pretty cool to watch. He’s not only helped me get better in so many ways from my concussion symptoms but also taught me lots of tips and tricks on how to continue to be headache free throughout my daily life five months later. . I have been working with San Diego Chiropractic Neurology for the past 2 months. They have helped me with my lower back pain. Amazing chiropractor with good and the most advanced equipment for your physical need . I’d highly recommend it for those suffering from lower back paint and stiffness muscle .

Dr Kyle Kamran has been a great help getting me back to a normal lifestyle. Ten years ago, I suffered a severe concussion. I lost my memory, and my brain hurt so much. The pain was excruciating. The pressure in my head was unbearable. It was relentless, never giving me a moment’s break. I wished I had a release valve on my head to release the pressure I felt. Depression and anxiety became a part of my everyday life. I was agitated all the time. I barely existed in my own body, and life was passing me by. At my first appointment with Dr. Kamran, I knew I finally found someone that understood my issues. From day one, I was all in and promised I would do what the doctor told me to do. I eliminated anti-inflammatory foods. I used various supplements to help my body pain, my sleep, my inexplicable congestion, and my balance. My life began changing right in front of my eyes. Within two weeks from my first visit, I started to move better and have way less pain. Within weeks, I went from struggling to get out of my car to climbing the stairs of the convention center in downtown San Diego! I came to Dr. Kamran for help with my brain but discovered so many issues with my body. Dr. Kamran was like a mechanic, tuning me up and repairing me in numerous areas I hadn’t even realized needed addressing. I was a broken-down car, left on the side of the road watching the other cars drive by. Now I was revving up my motor and looking toward the future at what could be. I kept at my regular appointments, and before I knew it, the pressure was reduced tremendously, and my body was working better than it had in a long time. My brain started kicking into gear. I longed to be able to read a novel again, and now I have read six! I can read a recipe and comprehend what I need to do. I finally got to make chicken soup after all these years! And what excites me is that my brain is starting to think happy thoughts each day, and I have hope for my future. I can’t even remember what year it was when I had hope for my future. After nine weeks of seeing Dr. Kamran, I was a completely different person. I started to sleep better, I lost 20 pounds, I didn’t have the pressure in my head, and my balance was improving. After three months, I’ve lost almost 30 pounds, my memory is fantastic, my brain is thinking joyful thoughts, and daily life is getting better and better. These days, I’m selective about how I spend my time and with whom I spend my time, realizing, in order to heal, I need to conserve my energy. As a result, I have more energy to take care of myself and perform everyday tasks. My mental health is improving, as well. I have more control over my emotions and find I can respond better to the stresses of life more often rather than react. I am not the agitated person I was three months ago. I’m starting to see myself again for the first time in years. Recently, my son remarked, “Dr. Kamran has helped you more than any of the other doctors you have seen over the years. I’m finally getting my mom back!” After ten years of struggles, it’s great to be back! I still have a ways to go, but with Dr. Kamran’s help, I have a great life ahead of me.
