Basically refused to offer service, all with a major negative attitude. The woman who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs.

I’m ecstatic ,Terry down at swede chimney sweep just solve my problem on the telephone without me having to put out a service call . These people are in it for the people not for the dollar. She told me how to solve my problem myself rather than take $199 service fee where do you hear people trying to do that for you instead of excepting a service fee and possibly charge you more once you get there. This is definitely a company I would recommend to anybody and if I had a chimney they’d be here at the earliest convenience for sure! Thank you Terry sincerely Timmy Whittle

Polite, organized and efficient. Rick was informative and knowledgeable about our chimney and the options we had due to the previous owners adjustments. Price was on point and we would call again without question.
