Came in Friday for a nursery set. Expressed our urgency in receiving items and were sold with the $2K set that had a lot of inventory and we could get it the next day. We paid for a rental truck to come pick it up ourselves on Saturday at 4pm as scheduled. At 2:22 only 1 hr 1/2 before the pick up time we get a call to let us know they dont know what happened they dont have the items but I can have the open floor model for $50 off. A business that is run without knowledge of what they have to sell. Terrible service from the owner. Now Im out for the rental, wasted time and back to square one.

Jen was incredible to work with as we purchased a new furniture set for our 2-year old. She was responsive to our needs, listened to what we were hoping to buy, didnt oversell, and we are incredibly happy with the new furniture. We opted for the delivery and set-up as well and the delivery team was very polite, efficient, and made getting everything set-up so easy. Our daughters new room looks great and we would definitely recommend Rooms4Kids to our friends and family (we already have).

We purchased a bunk bed from rooms4kids as our toddlers first big girl bed. It was the perfect choice! Our girl is rather petite and the lower bunk sits in the floor. We picked it up from the store and put it together to save on delivery and build. It was easy enough to put together. The store staff were all really helpful. We'll definitely keep the store in mind for any other room purchases.
