Love the program, love the staff, love the mission. So many woman's lived have been changed thanks to these woman and their amazing help!

I'm currently a client in this program and me and other members Of this program are not very happy with this program, they promise to help you out and help you grow as your in this program but they really don't. For 1 they have different programs where the clients can Stay for a unlimited time but if your in thp + which is when you leave foster care you only can stay 2 years then after that then what your homeless again are they going to help you then no , they don't care it doesn't feel like home we sleep on uncomfortable twin beds , we have a limited time to have our visitors over our home especially when everyone has their child's father over or something since the whole program has children , they don't really help you get ready for the real world at all . We also have a job we just started called " bright futures candles " were making thousands of candles no customers wasted money that could of went towards us mothers since they don't do anything else for us , I have things broken things in my home they haven't fixed , they keep raising my rent up and down knowing I don't make much money working for bright future candles as the new supervisor keeps changing the hours. My caseworker just left this job as well and I see why it's not much help here when we were promised to be better know how to go out in the real world and make things happen but I haven't gained nothing out of this program at all but stress on top of stress or just drama , I have wrote grievances and the program manager doesn't care she will talk to me but doesn't resolve nothing then before she talks to me she will just tell me to just go talk to the caseworker. They really don't care about us and I really wouldn't refer anyone to come to this program at all . I can literally go on and on but other things they do but here is just the beginning.
