        I had a less than satisfactory experience with this organization. The case worker that was assigned to my case had little focus and care while dealing with my case, did not communicate deadlines in a timely manner, would confuse me with other clients, and would email me about other people's documents. It seemed to me that they were not paying attention to what they were doing at times. My questions about the enrollment process would also go unanswered. I tried to communicate my concerns to others in the enrollment department and I was simply dismissed. None of my concerns were addressed, and I was placed back on the wait list despite me following their instructions and meeting their deadlines. My impression is that there is a high level of incompetency and lack of professionalism in the organization.
