Angelo is so helpful and patient! And their manager (Raphael?) was so kind to a woman that is a non-native english speaker and sat down next to her and took the time to help her understand her device. Thankful for their customer service. the staff at fenton pkwy and mission valley locations were so off-putting. I was surprised by their willingness to help others even with simple annoying questions

Great experience buying my first line in the US. Excellent service and attention, specially by Stephanie and Karl which made my experience as smoothly as anyone desire. Totally recommend them to someone who wants to get a new phone plus getting all the necessary information.

Stephenie is an excelent manager. Super charasmatic and cheerful. Shes exactly what this store needed. Finally a nice spanish speaker employee.

Went the T-Mobile store on Linda Vista Rd. today. Was treated so rudely by two young adults that should never be left in charge of a phone store without many more hours of customer training. being pushed into buying a brand I don't like witch led to a argument, led me to the door. Sorry will never shop that T-Mobile again. ABC
