Ive had a wonderful experience with Metro. They always have good deals at low prices . There is always a location very close to me, making it extremly convenient to get to one when I randomly have an issue with my phone. The customer service is great, and kind workers always give me a respectful experience . In partiaul, Elvira from metro off of El Cajon has been extremly helpful to me in my recent time of struggle. She is very generous, while also giving a quick service and finding a solution for everything .

Elvira was very positive with her customer service. This was very noticeable because my day hadnt started so good. She is also knowledgeable about the business of phones. During these uncertain times, great customer service is appreciated along with a positive attitude which is what I found here both times interacting with Elvira at Metro by Tmobile...Thanks
