Went into the T-Mobile store to get a iPhone 13 pro two employees in the store at the time I walked in afternoon on a Monday. We did a good 20 minutes just to get acknowledged. We had come from another T-Mobile store and they were supposedly holding a phone for us which he said he knew nothing about despite the fact that the other store said they called and talked to the manager. The manager in this store Alex or customer service, very hot headed yelled at me on the customer. Lots of places to go to get a cell phone stay away from T-Mobile

Had the worst experience at this location and tmobile in generalThe so called manager alondro or eduardo that worked on Monday night with the black painted fingernails was clueless and seemed like t hey just hire anyone. Already had to wait 4 days without a phone that was suppose to be overnight thru insurance.  Then had no Sim card sent with phone of course. So I called the clairmont dr store and explained the situation and b4 I was finished he talked over pplme and hung up.  So I went down there and could already tell he wanted to just go home and just didn't know what he was doing.  All I needed was a Sim card and said that ins. Sent a defective phone and wouldn't do anything else to help. Told him I had a infant at home and my work depended on my phone.  5 days I went without a phone that I already gave them another 250 to replace my stolen one. So I called corporate and just kept getting handed off to someone else and explained my story  over and over again. Very poor quality customer service and had no care about what I was going thru after 15 yrs of paying them for service. Since sprint merged I've had numerous problems. Didn't even get offered something for all the headache and inconvenience and had no emergency contact for my 3 young kids. No empathy . Very disappointed and gonna have to express this to all my social media if nothing done

Kevin was absolutely phenomenal at upgrading my phone information to a newer phone. It took almost 3 hours, but he knew exactly what to do! He was very patient & helped other customers while I waited. This was the best experience I've ever had, & I knew they he really enjoyed his job!
