I was in a time crunch as we were relocating. He went above and beyond to finish the job the night before I left. I am so happy with the personalized service I received from Coast Rugs. They came and picked up our Persian rugs for repair and cleaning. The service is exceptional. The honesty and professionalism are extreme. Our Persian runner is a family heirloom and was in disrepair. When we got it back, it is perfect and adds beauty to our home like no other rug could. The gentleman who owns and operates this business is remarkably interesting, knowledgeable and patient. He has traveled to many parts of the world and studied/worked with/crafted rugs. I learned much from him in a short time. One unbelievably valuable thing I learned from him is how to know if a rug is handmade or not. I also learned about the different places’ rugs are made and how they are named accordingly. Bottom line, this company does a fantastic job. I will never have anyone else care for my Persian rugs. Excellent service. They picked up our oriental rug that needed repairs and cleaning. After cleaning and repairing our rug, they delivered it back to our home ans set it all up for us. Very nice!

If anyone in San Diego is in need of oriental rug cleaning, repair or restoration - these are the guys to call. This is a family run business that takes a lot of pride in doing things right, the first time. They do all the heavy lifting too. High recommendations.
