North Park Car Wash

Used to love coming here and service/results were beyond great. Yet sadly, I probably will not be returning. When i arrived it was around 1pm there were only 2 other cars there being washed and it remained slow entire time while i was there. I ordered the Interior Super Clean for $59.99 that said : All Plastic Vinyl Cleaned & Conditioned Vents and Crevices Blown Out with Compressed Air and Includes Full-Service Car Wash. I was then talked into $10.00 to clean and condition my seats and another $10.00 to clean my floor mats ( they said the seats and floors are not included in the Interior super clean). $80 later , when they called "ready" my seats look as if they were not cleaned and only oiled over, edges of all windows streaked, tires dirty, bottom skirt of car still dirty, center console, shifter, door handles, dash board above steering wheel all still extremely dusty and my floor mats where not even vacuumed let alone cleaned. I can see they cleaned the vents and did a quick wipe down but it was not actully cleaned. Since I paid extra for it already I did ask for my mats to be removed cleaned , but they looked/acted very upset to have to go back, so I didn't bother asking for the rest to be done. It is easier just to find another location that does what you pay for and is advertised with friendly staff. I have tried reaching out to manager/owner to make them aware on phone, Yelp, Google, Facebook and Instagram. So far no response.

They are very careful in the cleaning of car. They use good shinner for the shinning of car.
