        Roberto, the technician, has to be the most customer friendly technicians, I have ever encountered. He is friendly, covid conscious, knowledgeable, ambidextrous as well as HONEST!!. I received notification he was coming and gratefully he was on time as promised. Definitely a Company to keep in your repair file. Reasonable, personable, timely and frierndly.

        The whole experience with California Bear Garage (Robert) was perfection. Robert was very responsive and transparent with his schedule to arrive for the inspection/estimate. Furthermore, his explanation was perfect and directly outlined what the job would entail. He was able to slide my project (jackscrew + high lift kit) in earlier than I thought and completed it very quickly. Pricing was fair and competitive; everything w/ the transaction was professional and exceeded my expectations. Cal Bear is definitely my go-to garage door group...hire them - you will not be disappointed.
