I own a small business that has a great niche concept. While it was slightly profitable from the beginning, I was winging it. I was working 60-80 hours a week without an action plan for the growth I knew could happen but didn't know how to make happen. This weekend I experienced firsthand just how much. They share their own experience leading teams and companies. Their generosity and the gold nuggets of wisdom are eye-opening sometimes.
