    We use this service at our company. I am constantly having to save receipts because a charge that literally says "PHARMACY" or "DENTIST" gets rejected and they require a receipt scan. Sometimes they stop accepting known vendors and require the receipt. But of course I didn't keep the receipt because they had been accepting from this location for the past two years. It's a real hassle. Edit: lowering the review rating. A receipt wasn't sufficient... they wanted an itemized list of everything performed at the dentist. Really? Am I really going to abuse the system through a registered dentist office? There is zero diligence and legwork on their part, while they peddle their overpriced FSA store.

    I can’t log into my account and I’m receiving an error message. When I call they pick-up/put me on hold. This goes on for like 30-min. then they hang up. This has happened to me for over a week. There’s no supervisor or manager to speak to. This company is by far the worse at performing their duties.

    My former company just switched the administration of COBRA from ARM to IGOE and the service with IGOE so far is horrible. We are now 6 days into a new month and my insurance is shows to all my providers as "inactive". I am going through cancer treatments and my health care provider canceled my appointment because my insurance is "inactive". In addition I was unable to get blood work done or get two perscriptions refilled. I have made MULTIPLE calls to IGOE and now 6 days in to the new month and I still don't have active insurance (although technically I should as payments have been made through the American Rescue Plan Act). Another small but notable detail, IGOE's hold message states that you can "press "0" for a call back and hold your place in line"; that function doesn't work. All examples of lost art of customer service.
