The BIO-Clean Team

I contacted the bio clean team late Oct 2021. I needed help cleaning out a home my family inherited that was in a extreme hoarding state. They got Erica and her team out there with all the proper tools and safety equipment. I hope I don't have to go through that again but if I do I will definitely be calling The BIO Clean team.

I could not have asked for a better team to assist me during one of the most difficult times of my life. From the first call I made inquiring about the company's services, Emily was immediately helpful, caring, and empathetic. As I'm sure it is with most customers, this is not a situation I'd been through before, and her demeanor made it an easy choice for me to decide to go with Bio-Clean. The employee providing the estimate and the on-site technicians were equally as professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the 'situation'. After services were rendered there was a slight discrepancy in the invoice amount compared to what I was originally quoted and after a quick phone call it was immediately fixed with an apology offered as well. These types of services are often needed when people are experiencing a difficult time in life, and it's refreshing to deal with a company in which you don't feel that you're being taken advantage of because you don't have many options. I thoroughly recommend Bio-Clean for your needs not only for their quality of work, but also the personable and caring interactions you receive from their staff.

The BIO-Clean Team was a superb fit for the job. We gathered countless proposals for the scope of work: Homeless Encampment removal. Although, it is not an easy task, the Bio-Clean Team was able to execute and be competitive at the same time. Not only are they experts in their field, but they owned every bit of the effort and performed the job with no issues. I recommend The BIO-Clean team for any job requiring their skills. They are true professionals.
