We recently got our roof replaced with Genesis. Our new roof is great, but the thing that helped us the most was the outstanding service we received! Ms. Casey Doerr helped us out through each step of the process and made it a hassle free experience. We are more than happy with the results!

Nick was our sales rep (amazing to work with) Alan was our phone rep (stand out customer service, truly devoted to follow up and follow through of customers satisfaction). We replaced our back patio door and had our entire house painted with the texcote coolwall.
Initially I was uneasy, and actually sent Genesis away (paint job quote), because of how much the cost was. However, it was their professionalism and clear dedication to top quality work and product, that made me want to contact them to get a quote for our back door. Nick did not try and pressure me into anything, he simply asked questions and told me options. It's wasn't a back and forth Hagler prices, I never felt like I was simply just a commission for him or the company. He made me feel like he truly wanted to work with us to find us the best deal, for the best quality of work.
We had two project managers, both provided great timelines and followed up every day to ensure we knew the next step. The workers were all professional, and did such a great job that numerous neighbors commented and asked for the card for Genesis.
Last but not least, the fact that Genesis followed up after every thing was completed to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the end results, was great. The small details, that normally would be pushed off as "yeah, sometimes that can happen, sorry" was made a priority to fix. Highly recommend Genesis! We will be going through them when we are ready for our next big home project!
