Serrano Bookkeeping

Our business has used Serrano Bookkeeping for the last few years and I have personally worked with Luis for the last two. Luis is thorough, professional, and always willing to help with any of our accounting needs. He has helped me solve numerous issues and provides very knowledgable accounting advice. He has always been willing to jump on a phone call or Zoom meeting and walk me through something that I may be stuck on in QuickBooks, whether it be as simple as a QB feature I don't understand or an in-depth review of our reports.
