Sea Time Marine

I called Seatime marine to have a mechanic come to my boat. When I told them my boat was berthed at a military marina they said we don't service boats on military bases due to past trouble getting onboard. Huge slap in the face to active duty and vets who keep their boats on base. Ive had numerous other mechanics and vendors escorted on base with no problems.

I was experiencing increased gas sheen being emitted by the port engine on my 1994 Carver 370 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht with twin 454 XL Crusader engines. Both engines had been recently rebuilt with less than 100 hours on both of them. For the past three weeks I was searching for a marine mechanic to figure out what the problem might be. All of the mechanics I called didnt even have the professional courtesy to return my numerous phone calls and texting attempts to set up an initial appointment with me. Although somewhat hesitant to contact Sea Time Marine due to not having a recommendation from anyone who had utilized their services, I went ahead and placed a call with them. They called me back almost immediately and I shared with them over the phone what my concerns were. An appointment was scheduled for the NEXT DAY! UNBELIEVABLE!! Omar was the mechanic that met me on my boat and within 15 minutes he had the situation correctly diagnosed. Two hours later the engines were running better than they have ever run since I purchased the boat. Omar is a great mechanic and equally important to me, a wonderful person. I will be continuing to utilize Omar as my mechanic for all of my boats mechanical needs. Thanks for everything, you have restored my faith in the marine mechanic industry! Service: Engine repair
