This place has so much potential! With sailboats and can be beautiful views. But part of the park was so filled with trash and people camping out it really is sad that such a beautiful spot does not remain beautiful.

Rentals for reasonably priced great location however the pedal boat I rented was poorly maintained went didn't tread water very well felt like I was pedaling in a circle

Do not paddle board here!! The safety is super lax, they make you sign 2 waivers, that should have been my first red flag. They don't warn you about the rough currants that make it extremely difficult to paddle back to shore, the wind and waves push you so far out it took us almost 2 hours just to paddle back to shore, I was in panic mode, they literally charge you a $75 fee if you need assistance which tells me they know people get stuck often so they should do a better job warning people of the potential risks but they don't, they barely give you a hello. Compared to other SUP and kayaking rental spots this place definitely sucks, go to the Liberty Station Bay instead, they're much more informative and actually care about your safety and the water is way calmer.
