        The low retention pipette tips work much better than any other company that I have tried.

        We are very pleased with their tips. We have Eppendorf pipettes that constantly drop other brands of tips, but these tips work wonderfully with them. The customer service team really listened to me when I had bleeding-ink issue on their tip boxes. They have since fixed this issue company-wide.

        I use their uTips to replace my Eppendorf brand tips for Eppendorf pipettes. They are wonderful and so much less expensive. The tips are also have less water retention so I feel they are more accurate. Was sceptical at first and gave it a try only because they gave out entire racks as free samples.

        5 stars for the pipette tips. ZERO stars for the hingeless tip boxes. Update to my previous review: 5 stars for better and updated pipette tips, racks and good customer service. Minus 3 stars for the 3 employees that reviewed your own company. All other reviews are people who work or have worked at Biotix.
