I redeemed a Groupon for a hair cut, deep conditioning and scalp massage. The stylist was super skilled, efficient and accommodating. The salon is stylish and spacious. I can recommend this Groupon to you. Oh, the coffee is bitter. One star deducted.

Railroaded into a cut that makes me look like a little girl. Wanted a long lob. Got one just below chin. Had longer hair but hairdresser had her idea of lob not working with length I had. Disappointed in lack of understanding mmmusing what I wanted which was long lob instead of growing into long l9b. Learn to LISTEN and understand what client wants instead of what u want them to have. Also resent having to pay for a toner when quoted a price for full highlights when no matter what it takes u have to color it to desir3d request of client 2 star
