Union Bank

Consistently the slowest service I have ever had at a bank. I only use Union for my employers deposit. Which I will be taking somewhere else from now on.

The staff are great at that location and the teller, Marco, is a tremendous asset to the branch. He has helped me often and is knowledgeable and patient and deserves a raise, yesterday. Thanks again.

Bank Manager Clayton, only approached me when there were five other people in line. I believe he racially profiled me because he didn't talk to any of the other people in line.He told me since I wasn't a customer I had to leave the bank. I have been to this establishment multiple times to get qaurters to wash my clients clothes. And not till today was I disrespected by any personal at that bank. I am a caretaker and my client banks with Union Bank. Racial Profiling is against the law, just like Clayton told me that changing $20.00 in qaurters at this location was against the law. I feel that in 2021 especially during these sensitive times, People should be trained better, and not bring there personal beliefs to work with them, especially if they work in customer service. I will not be returning to this location because of clayton and hope that your company remedies this issue before anyone else gets disrespected like I did today.
