Can I give it negative 0 points ????? AWFULLLLLL!!! Bank can't fix my debit card and as I was explaining to the teller about THEIR issue on THEIR side she stats to laugh at me. After I tell her it's not funny she started acting as a victim and called the manager over. AWFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. Bank!

I was wearing a mask and I didn't realize the teller named Natasha couldn't hear me. So I apologize and spoke louder with the help of my husband. But she has unfriendly tone when asking me. She made sure we feel that we are inconvenient for her. What kind of customer service is that? I'm a member of PLCU/MyPoint for 15 years. I've never been made to feel I'm inconvenient. I was at the bank minutes before it closes to make a deposit transaction only but this is the first time I'm being asked for my last 4 of SS# and then without telling me she left and I saw her went to photocopy my transaction receipt she was banging loudly on the copier. That's making a tantrum making sure my husband and I hear her banging. I deserve to feel welcome in this bank and not feel I'm inconvenient. Natasha needs training on better customer service especially during the second year of COVID-19 pandemic.
