      image Very poor service at this branch and at Bank of America in general. A significant amount of $$$ were stolen from our accounts, someone used fraudulent signature but bank did not help at all despite numerous attempts, this is despite the fact that we have multiple accounts and have been their clients for more than 25 years, very poor customer service, will
      move all our accounts to another bank.
