I USED X TOWING YESTERDAY FOR THE THIRD TIME AND EVERY TIME I NEED SOMETHING BESIDES THE TOW THEY OFFER IT TO ME FOR FREE , YESTERDAY I GOT STUCK ON THE FWY @ 10:30 PM AND STATE FARM SENT THEM TO ME AS I REQUESTED AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE BEST BUT EVERY TIME IS JUST EVEN BETTER, THEY TOWED ME HOME AND THE GAVE MY BATTERY A JUICE AND CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE FOR FREE , HANDS DOWN THE BEST AND WILL KEEP USING THEM , IN FACT I RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW. I called for a tow on a Sunday night at about 11:00 the dispatch said they will send a driver out to my location. I received a text message saying to call this number "he wants you to call". I called, no answer. I waited a half hour , called again, no answer. I called the company, no answer, again and again no answer. I am sleeping in my car on the freeway. No truck ever showed up no one ever answered my ten phone calls. This is no way to run a buisiness..I was hung up on twice before I could say hello. It is now midnight.

Let me start by saying that without X TOWING I would have been LEFT IN the 5th underground garage at 6.5 ft hight which I called around and even AAA couldnt do it !!! I got only two answers, our drivers arent trained or we dont have a truck to fit in there!! Really!! I was located all the way in la jolla stranded I couldnt find a way to go up lost all hopes, and I searched and found X Towing and I called them , the operator picked up 10 minutes later the driver showed up and equipped with every single thing that I needed he also lowered his tow truck to fit in the garage which its insane, he hooked it up like a pro and offered me a mask , sanitizer, [ THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THEM ALL THE WAY FROM SAFETY TO CLEANLINESS OF THE DRIVER , TRUCK , ETC ] and he towed me home safely, I absolutely And most definitely recommend x towing to anyone need a tow truck , give them a call . I REALLY CAN NOT LEAVE A SHORT REVIEW BECAUSE THEY ONLY DESERVE THE BEST BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE THE BEST!!! MY CAR REQUIRE SPECIAL TOWING SKILLS PORSCHE CARRERA GT , I CALLED X TOWING YESTERDAY TO GET IT TOWED TO PORSCHE DEALERSHIP ON MIRAMAR AND ALTARIK SHOWED UP AFTER 8 MINUTES WITH THE CLEANEST TRUCK I HAVE EVER SEEN DESPITE HOW HUGE IT LOOKS, 3 FLAT TIRES AND LOST KEY WHICH IT CAN NOT BE TOWED ON FLAT TIRES , [ ALTARIK GAVE ME A FREEE 3 TIRE CHANGE AND TOWED MY PORCHE TO THE SHOP AT A PRICE I WILL NEVER BELIEVE ALTHOUGH ITS REAL ] USE THEM AND YOU WILL SEE HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE !!! HE IS INCREDIBLY FAST AND FRIENDLY AND IT WAS THE FIRST TIME TO GET IT TOWED AND ITS WEIRD THAT I NEVER FELT UNSAFE X TOWING I LOVE YOU GUYS AND I REALLY HOPE YOU WILL EPAND AND TAKE OVER MORE AND MORE , PEOPLE THIS IS WHAT WE NEED !!!
